Hello Joyce,
My name is Kara Srnka and I am a Community Development student at Portland State University. You had submitted a project proposal to Professor Charles Heying and Professor Richard White. I am happy to inform you that your project has been accepted and that my group will be taking it on. We would like to get started right away, and with that said we were hoping to have an initial meeting with you either this week or by early next week at the latest. Additionally, we are available on Monday during the holiday (later afternoon is preferred). Below you will find a link to a doodle page that we have created to get availabilities organized. Would you please visit the link and select which times work best for you, the following meetings we will schedule closer to real time. I also have listed below the names and contact info of everyone in our group. Other than that, we are looking forward to meeting with you and getting going on this project!
